The sixth edition of Lines of Bielawa skateboarding festival will take place on Saturday and Sunday 3-4.8.2013 in Bielawa, Poland.
The small city of Bielawa is located in the south-western part of Poland, very close to the Czech border with a good connection to Wroclaw.
Lines of Bielawa is a celebration of skateboarding’s identity, a manifestation of its culture. This year’s event is already the sixth edition of the festival. Lines of Bielawa is currently the biggest core event in Polish skateboarding.
The range of the festival on location in Bielawa will include the following things:
– Best Line contest on the 2.000 m2 skateplaza of Bielawa
– various Best Trick contests, including one at 12:00 AM – yes, that’s midnight
– Skatopia the movie
– secured camping site – just next to the skatepark
(open from Thursday August 1st, 18:00 until Monday August 5th 10:00)
– stands of various brands and skateshops
– campfire, bbq, food, beer
– some live music
– nightsessions at the excellent lit skateplaza
All in all, there will be more than enough things to do and to skate.
Because it’s the sixth edition, this year’s total prize money is 6.666,66 pln + 2 tickets to Barcelona.
